Cucumber Dill Dip
(makes 3 cups)
- 2 cups well-drained shredded peeled cucumber
- 1/2 cup Miracle Whip Light dressing (or your favorite product)
- 1/2 cup light sour cream or plain yogurt
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/2 tsp. dill weed
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- Scant 1/4 tsp salt
Mix all ingredients and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Serve with assorted cut up veggies or your favorite crackers.
